Do I start with Whiskey, Scotch eggs, a Bank, a Telephone or a Castle?

Scotch tasting in Scotland is quite involved and I will not even try to explain all the details, but we know it has something to do with Single Malt, Single Cask, 1 year old, 12 year old, 16 year old
and memory. Well, after the tasting we liked all of them and most of what we learned was forgotten. The bottom line is that you should drink what you like. Whether it is room temperature, on the rocks or with a bit of water,
it is your choice.

Scotch Eggs are hard boiled inside of ground up sausage and then deep fried in bread crumbs. They are served cold, and

Alexander Graham Bell was born in 1847.
After his two brothers died of tuberculosis, his family emmigrated to Canada and then to the US. He became a US citizen in 1882.
His first telephone patent was in 1876.

Edinburgh Castle
Every day of the year, on week days, a canon is fired at 1:00 o'clock pm, while at the same time a ball is dropped from the Nelson Monument on Calton Hill. Both are meant to warn mariners of time and distance from the shores near Edinburgh.
