ARGENTINA (week one) "It's not a vacation,  it's a lifestyle" Post #44 February 12, 2019 * Flag of Buenos Aires * BUNEOS AIRES,  ARGENTINA Our home for the next two months. It is summer in Argentina and  currently the temperature is in the high 80s, but will cool to the mid to hi 70s throughout our stay. * Monuments on every roundabout.  This one which  honors travelers and immigrants is  centered in the middle of the eight lane  thoroughfare Avenue del Libertador.  Also, along the same avenue there are beautiful green spaces that separate pedestrians from vehicular traffic. * 2019 Argentina Open We enjoyed watching the international tennis competition.  Our first time ever seeing a match played on a clay court. * Horse races at Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo We spent the day watching the ponies. ...
